We were looking for a good fit when we set out to interview wedding coordinators for our wedding. In our first meeting with Kathy, we knew that she was the one for us. Kathy is a great communicator, extremely detail-oriented, and made us felt heard and comfortable. 

In the meetings that followed, she was always on time. She covered every single detail of coordinating our wedding and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. There were even things that, had my wife and I gone at it alone, we would have messed up or simply neglected: a proper timeline, coordinating with vendors, and many other tiny details. Kathy was on top of everything through and through and made any trace of wedding planning anxiety disappear during our many talks.
The day of the wedding, I was free to relax and get ready rather than task friends and relatives to set up our DIY centerpieces & escort cards. Kathy took that stress away and set everything up perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying ourselves and attending to our guests. Our wedding day was perfect from set-up to break-down—and it was in large part because of Kathy!

We can’t emphasize enough that Kathy went above and beyond in every aspect that we expected of her. For your wedding day, you need someone one who will fight for you, have your back, and make sure your big day is worry-free.
